Let's start at the beginning. Walking in, the salon looks boujee. It was busy with every station in use but it didn't feel busy. I was greeted by a lovely lady who took me to my station, made me a coffee and brought me a choice of complimentary pastries. I then met Chantelle who gave me a thorough consultation and gave me confidence that she could achieve what I asked for. I had the most relaxing hair wash with complimentary aromatherapy. I then got the most amazing hair cut from Chantelle with lots of styling advice, she really is magic! Because I had driven 1.5hrs and we had spoken about a possible colour change next time, I had a patch test and was offered a take away coffee for the drive home. I honestly felt heard, cared for and so incredibly happy with my hair. The staff from start to finish were so welcoming and friendly. I will 100% be going here from now on. 5 stars is not enough.

I don’t even know where to start; Such a wonderful experience!!!! I’d been looking for a change for months but nothing felt right until I walked into this salon. The vibe is incredible, and everyone made me feel so comfortable and welcome from the very beginning. Lucas is truly special. He radiates positive energy, listens so carefully, and completely understood what I wanted. The final result was even better than I could have imagined. I would give more than five stars if I possibly could. The entire experience—from start to finish—was absolutely exceptional. Chantelle and Immy (apologies if I’ve misspelled that!) are truly two of the warmest, most welcoming, and genuinely lovely people. I felt comfortable straight away and honestly loved chatting with them. Despite offering such a high-end, premium experience, there was absolutely none of the intimidation or attitude you sometimes find in salons—just warmth, professionalism, and kindness. Chantelle went above and beyond with my haircut. She listened carefully to exactly what I wanted, executed it flawlessly, and explained how to style it so I could recreate the look at home. The result exceeded my expectations in every way. I left feeling confident, refreshed, and completely in love with my hair. I can’t recommend this salon highly enough.

Salon has such a lovely vibe. Everyone was so friendly. Chantelle is just so delightful, easy to get on with and an amazing hairdresser. She just gets it! Great communication too - she explains everything she is doing and why. Can't wait to come back for my colour 🧡

From the moment I walked in to the salon I felt so comfortable. I was greeted at reception by a lovely friendly lady who showed me to my seat for my consultation with Chantelle. Chantelle was extremely impressive. Asking me all the right questions and what I’d like to achieve with my new look. She discussed having balayage and baby lights to brighten my blonde, and we talked about the different options to style my new hair as I don’t spend much time on it day to day but also wanted something more modern to style when I go out. She just understood everything and some! Now I can’t wait to go back to see her and get the new me! Thank you for an amazing consultation Chantelle! See you soon
